3 phases of the local approach
The local approach consists of three components: knowledge and skills, network and interventions. These components form the basis of the local approach and are reflected in the three phases of the local approach: prevention, person-centred approach and detention and reintegration. For each phase, the three components are elaborated. This way, it is clear to municipalities and local parties which parties play a role in the different phases, what knowledge and skills these parties must have and what possibilities they have to counter radicalisation, extremism and terrorism.
