Summary Terrorist Threat Assessment Netherlands 46

The threat level for the Netherlands remains at ‘substantial’, level 4 on a scale of 1 to 5. This means that the chance of an attack is real but that there are
no specific indications that an attack is being prepared. The main threat to the Netherlands continues to be posed by jihadism, as represented by a  variety of actors (terrorist organisations, transnational networks, small cells and lone terrorists).
