National Crisis Management Handbook

Within the framework of the National Handbook, crisis management represents coordination and decision-making of an urgent nature in respect of the totality of measures, facilities, provisions and potential actions taken or arranged by the government in cooperation with public and private partners involved in a situation in which national security is or may be at risk, or in another situation in which there is or may be a major impact on society.
